1. When and how can I apply for a product exchange?

We are so sorry that you have received a parcel which is not up to your expectation. 

Criteria eligible for product exchange

  • Received the wrong product (e.g. different product)
  • Received a product with physical damage (e.g. wet-muddy, sour taste, raw/hard)
  • Product is not fresh

What evidence or documents do I need to show?

When you submit an email to us, the more information you can give us about the issue, the better we can help to resolve it.

This includes:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Quantity
  • Photos of the product

Can I request a refund?

Refund can only be issued under the following criteria
  • Duplicate order
  • Product ordered is out of stock
  • Order is not shipped within agreed delivery timeframes.

Refunds will only begin processing once the request is approved. Once approved, The equivalent amount will be credited to the initial payment method. Please note that a refund usually takes 5-15 business days to appear on your statement, this may vary.

Can I return my parcel for a refund?

Due to food safety reasons, we are unable to accept any returns once the package has left the Apek Durian warehouse. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact our friendly customer support within 7 days from the date of purchase along with order number and reason. Our team will review your claim and respond within 3 business days with further instructions.

Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?

Our prices change in response to market trends, stock, and customer demand. In this case, we will not refund the difference.
